Fundamentals of Real Estate

You have been placed in charge of developing the space plan for a mixed-use building in Manhattan near the corner of Thompson and Broome St.  The vacant lot is next to a   brick building  (52-57) Thompson St in the photo below.   This LEED certified building will have a minimum of 22 stories and 176,000 sq. ft. of lease space.   The plan calls for high end residential (128,000 sq. ft.), retail (8,000 sq. ft)  restaurants (8000 sq. ft)  and some office space ( 32,000 sq. ft).  Describe a strategy that you can use when working with the architect to develop the space plan for the building. Hint you may want to use Google Map to explore uses near and adjacent to the proposed site.
