[Get Solution]Dispute Resolution processes

There are several documents that are unique to Alternative Dispute Resolution processes. For this class, your project will be to work on a Mediation Statement for one of two parties involved in litigation. The Mediation Statement is sent to the Mediator in advance of the Mediation to advise him/her of each party’s position. These are confidential documents that the Mediator uses to help evaluate the relative strengths and weaknesses of each party’s case. You need to use these facts plus party-specific confidential facts to prepare a Mediation Statement on behalf of your client. If your last name begins with the letter AH, you will prepare a Mediation Statement on behalf of the Petitioner, Jerry Shaw. If your last name begins with the letter I – Z, you will prepare a Mediation Statement on behalf of the Respondent, Jennifer Gibson. I will send you the appropriate Confidential Facts for your party and you should use those facts and the General Facts to prepare your Mediation Statement.
