Global Trade Intermediaries

Read primarily the book from chapter 1 to chapter 6 (possibly the later chapters) and research other sources. Then with NO less than 1500 words, write a BUSINESS MEMORANDUM to your Supply Chain Director in your company (make up Director name and a company in any business sectors) to select a global trade intermediary and describe the advantages this Primary Intermediary Agent (PIA) individual or company has over the competition, the economic impact the PIA can bring to your business, the types of major exports or imports handled by this PIA and the pivotal role the PIA will play in either your single or multiple transactions. Provide elements you learned in this class with both examples and analysis as you write this office MEMORANDUM PAPER. DO NOT summarize course material. This is a BUSINESS MEMORANDUM but needs to be set up with a thorough introduction which includes a THESIS STATEMENT that will assist the reader to understand how you will answer the call of the question. Please cite your work using MLA including proper in-text citations.  The book and the grading rubrics will be uploaded.
