Health and Safety Management Systems

Choose five of the ten elements in the basic health and safety management system expected in sect 37(1),OHS Act and explained in the Goverment of Alberta’s bulletin Health and safety programs – OSH information for employers, prime contractors and workers. And outline the challenges you would face while implementing them in a ficticious medium size alberta company . criteria to evaluate are :  the student identified five legislated elements.Each identified element has an associated implementation strategy.The student anticipated implementation challenges for each strategy.The student identified a solution to overcome each of the above challenges. The paper is an easy read and moves logically from elements, to challenges, to solutions.  The sequence of the statements were well-organized, grammatically correct with very few typos.
