Hookah and Flavoured Tobacco

Paper is arguing that banning flavoured tobacco but especially menthol cigarettes will have major detrimental effects on Black Americans. Need to compare the regulation of hookah with other flavoured tobaccos. Also need to articulate which ethnic groups use different flavoured tobaccos most frequently. Introduction of Hookah to the United States, difference between Hookah and other flavoured tobaccos in terms of regulation, and social justice issues behind banning menthol cigarettes and how it will impact Black Americans
