Human Rights and Dignity

One of the concepts to observe in the documentary Bully is that there is a clear violation of human rights. Review the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights prior to watching the documentary. Based on your findings, you will assess at least 2–4 rights that were violated in the documentary. Write a paper to address the following: Discuss the violation of basic human rights presented in the documentary, and support your thoughts with facts from the film and reading assignments. When discussing the basic human rights that were violated, make reference to articles directly from the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Take a stance on who is most at fault based on your observations. Justify your answer with facts from the documentary, along with your own justifications. Discuss 2 people or parties whom you think are heroes in the documentary, and justify your answer. Respond to the final line of the documentary, “Everything starts with one,” and discuss what you think it means. Address any perceived bias that you observed from the documentarian. Note: Include at least 3 resources from the library in addition to citing the specifics from the documentary. Consider using direct quotes from the documentary to support your points.
