Hypertension Presentation

General Purpose:  Inform: Age, race, family history, being overweight or obese, not being physically active, too much salt ( sodium), stress, etc.. Persuade: Give information to prevent hypertension, how to spot the signs of hypertension, and how to treat hypertension Patient education/counseling points:     Take all the HBP medications on time, refill medications before they run out, be aware of possible drug interactions OTCs, if there is an adverse effect from the medications, inform your physician as soon as possible
