You work for a community health care organization which uses volunteers to lead training classes in various neighborhoods. Many of the volunteers do not have experience with adult education or training. The organization has asked you to create a document, which can be given to these volunteers, which explains instructional methods.
Create a 750- to 1,050-word document explaining instructional methods. In the document, you must include:
brief explanations of each method
advantages and disadvantages of each method
appropriate uses of each method
You are encouraged to design your document using various creative elements, styles, and formats.
