International Crimes Analysis

This term paper will involve an analysis of ways to combat international crime. This will allow you to look at a specific international crimes in detail. It will allow you to evaluate the magnitude of the problems (justice issues- including ICC challenges) involved and to develop strategies to combat those crimes. Specifically, using a 21century court case (any case that was prosecuted after 2000) that was prosecuted in, write a paper on an international crime. The paper should include:

1. Introduction: A general description of the nature and extent of international crimes. You need to refer to library sources. Note: Wikipedia is NOT an appropriate source. (200-300 words).
2. Description of relevant case: Try to locate an important ICC court case (ICC website: https://www.icc-cpi.int/#) that you have chosen to study and describe the nature of the case and how the ICC is dealing with the case (300-500 words).
3. Analysis: Analyze the case and describe the problems encountered by the authorities in dealing with the case. (300-500 words)
4. Conclusion: Conclude with solutions to handle such cases (200-250 word)  (1.5 spacing), 12-point font size and 1-inch top-bottom, left/right margins
