Assignment Your task this week is to prepare a PowerPoint presentation that outlines intrinsic motivation strategies to an audience of supervisors for a call center. Be sure to include the following information in your presentation: · Explain what intrinsic motivation is. · Address challenges to intrinsic motivation in employees (stress, pay, goals and quotas, quality control). · Identify supervisor’s role in motivating employees. · Suggest at least five strategies that could be implemented to increase motivation of call center employees. Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
