Language Disorder

For this post, you should bring up a topic that pertains to FIRST language acquisition but has not been approached in classat all to date. For example, you could choose a speech or language disorder we haven’t talked about. You should describe this phenomenon, for instance if you are doing a speech/language disorder, please tell us a few words about its main characteristics, symptoms, prevalence, treatment options, etc. You must include ONE resource(this can be a video, article journal, webpage, blog, etc.), but make sure your description is not a copy & paste (or, in the case of videos,  “listen& type”) of it but rather your own interpretation of the newly acquired information.  Word limit: 200 minimum – 250 maximum.
