Your project of building an Intelligence Management System begins now. The following three weeks will each be devoted to a separate part of the system.
This week you will identify your intelligence requirements and customer needs through the preparation of a questionnaire.Who are your customers Who are you providing your work product to, what are their needs, when dothey need it and in what form.
You next will construct an organization chart of an intelligence unit for a law enforcement agency. Not only will you prepare the organization chart but you will illustrate the relationship between different sections of the organization which takes raw data and turns it into actionable intelligence for the policy maker.
