Include expert and witness responses as relevant and available. This is the most important part of the paper, and likely the longest.Evaluate the speech. Why was it effective? Was it a fitting response to the rhetorical situation? Is there historical evidence of its effectiveness?Use APA format. I recommend the Purdue University Online Writing Lab materials for guidance.
