Leadership Experience
Describe an example of your leadership experience in which you have positively influenced others, helped resolve disputes or contributed to group efforts over time. I am the president of Earth Club in my community college Please don’t give me an intro and conclusion.
I just want you to write the body and WRITE A STORY that shows -I am born to be a leader -I grow as a leader -I listen to other people -I bring improvement to my club as a leader -I have decision-making capabilities -I can inspire others -I am a master communicator -I respect other people Please DO NOT writes something like this My responsibilities entail appointing committed members and delegating various tasks as required. To facilitate the club’s proper running, I have recruited a team and trained them so they can work according to the principles that I recorded while choosing to become the president of the club.
I have also been able to address the issue of waste resources by developing measures that reduce the emission of dangerous gases. This has been one of my main accomplishments since our community was dirty and lacked proper hygiene This is a simple example but please don’t write a similar story nor copy-paste. A leadership experience I vividly remember was in my high school years. We held a half-semester award called “The Cleanest Class” and “The Dirtiest Class.” The purpose of this award was to encourage classes to create the best learning environment by awarding the best class with money amounting to about $500.
At the time, my class had received the award of The Dirtiest Class in the previous year. As a consequence, my classmates and I had to clear the courts every Friday for three months. This time around, I choose to take on a leadership role and inspire my classmates to become the best class possible.
I took the initiative and divided the class into groups of 5 and assigned each group a responsibility. Each group was to perform their assigned task in the best possible way. I also allowed other class members to give their views on how we could improve on our tasks. We had the same goal, and I was able to make everyone buy into the vision of achieving success.
At the end of the second semester, every class was shocked that we won the Cleanest Class award. As a result, I was appointed as a class leader for two years. The reward money was used to purchase essential stationeries for the class.
