Leadership Portfolio Structure

Leadership Portfolio should be structured in 10 different sections/topics. The instructions in each topic include: i. complete a task (e.g. complete a personality test // write a speech // complete a self-assessment, etc.) and then to ii. reflect on the outcome of the task that you completed (e.g. reflect on the results of the personality test and conduct an analysis of your strengths and areas for development // analyse your speech and reflect on elements of charismatic speech // discuss how your chosen leaders have used their challenge-control position and reflect upon your effect as a strategic leader)
