The purpose of this discussion assignment is two-fold: to demonstrate a deeper understanding of forgiveness and active vs. passive approaches with regard to relationships and forgiveness,  and to integrate learning on forgiveness with your overall learning from the journal exercises and the course. Write a 400-500 word discussion post that discusses takeaways from this section related to the above 2 areas.  Questions to consider when addressing Part 1 of the question: Take some time to reflect on this week’s topic of forgiveness. What did you learn about forgiveness and impact on relationships? How does this affect your own goals for growth in the areas of forgiveness, apology, and facilitating forgiveness? What is the value of an active vs. passive approach to relationships and forgiveness?
