Millennials and Gen Z

The focus is specially geared to recruiting Millennials and Gen Z.  Issues: With five generations in the workplace today, what specifically is the company selected doing to attract Millennials and Generation Z The students will need background on the industry and company.  

This may be included in your paper to bring better context to your research findings. Questions that must be addressed in your research paper are

1. Introduction about ERNST & YOUNG LLP and the purpose of this research. 2. Is social media a viable opportunity for use as a brand-building and recruiting tool?
