Read the Critical Thinking Case at the end of Chapter 9 in our Introduction to Business textbook (Motivating Employees: A Monster of a Problem ). Three (3) questions are posed: How are social and economic factors influencing companies approach to hiring, motivating, and retaining employees? What are some of the nonmonetary strategies companies must develop to attract and reward employees and keep them motivated? What reward factors would be important to you when working for a company? List at least five in order of importance, and list your reasons for each. This is an individual assignment. Write a 4-5 page essay in APA style that summarizes the case and give your perspective on the questions posed. Research the topic beyond the textbook case to support your perspective.
