My Relationship With Food
About me: I have been a pescatarian for 12 years. I don’t eat red meat or chicken only shrimp and fish. I drink almond milk. I attempt to limit my dairy. We have a very significant relationship with food. We believe it keeps us alive. We believe it gives us energy. We believe it makes us feel good. § We believe it makes us fat. § We believe it helps us lose weight. § We are in love with it. We hate it. § We keep eating it. How does food shape your lifestyle OR how does your lifestyle dictate the food you eat? Are you an on-the-go drive-through person or do you prepare every meal at home no matter how busy you are? No need to spew pompous half truths here. Dish! We want to know who you are and how you eat.
