[ORDER SOLUTION] Nonviolent Drug Offenses

Implementing and Monitoring the Action Plan –Students will design a process to implement their change project that includes how they will address progress toward goal attainment, sources of support, barriers or challenges, needed resources, and any plan adjustments.This is part 2 to a group assignment my job within the group is to Provide a brief overview of our intervention  (two sentences to remind the Instructor), Analyze the problem or goal to be addressed by the intervention.  What will “success” look like?    Specify the core components and elements of the intervention. What in general resources will be needed for the intervention?I will attach our project overview of what we submitted for part 1 of the assignment so that you can see the proposal and everything else we came up with to go off of in order to answer the questions above for this assignment.
