Nursing Synthesis Paper

I am writing a synthesis paper for my nursing class on a patient with small cell carcinoma, but I need help with just the introduction. The rubric for the introduction:  A. Introduction of the patient to include initials and age, as well as initial timeline of events. Reader is excited about reading on and wants to find out what happens with the patient B. Discussion about the diagnosis, family, religion, or something that makes the patient seem real or human C. Thorough but concise explanation, other than this patient was the only choice available D. Explanation of what was learned or gained from this experience E. Thorough description of what will be covered in the paper
