Your boss, the lead consultant, has asked you to create a series of four leadership training modules to help the managers learn the principles of organizational behaviour. Your supervisor has provided you with the presentation requirements for the first section of the presentation.   Step 2 Create your presentation. The requirements for the presentation are as follows: ·        Provide a contemporary definition of organizational behaviour and explain how it connects to management functions. ·        Select two major theories of organizational behaviour that demonstrate how a manager’s skills impact the effectiveness of the employees. Be sure to highlight the similarities and differences between the approaches based on the theories you choose. ·        Identify how individual employee attitudes, values, personalities, and perceptions are connected to organizational behaviour. ·        Create a short case study that highlights how two different employees in the same job or position in the organization can have different perceptions and react very differently to the same event or situation. ·        Use this case study to illustrate why it is valuable for managers to understand organizational behaviour and how they can apply their understanding to help employees achieve company goals. ·        Title the presentation as follows: Leadership Training—How Organizational Behaviour Impacts Managers ·        Under the title, include: Presented by “Your Name” ·        Include pictures and/or graphics in your presentation to support your material. ·        Include citations for all resources used in your presentation. ·        Use clear, concise bullet points to present your information, and do not overcrowd your slides. ·        Label each slide with the slide title and number.
