This paper will help fill the gap in understanding cybersecurity defense by identifying the lack of standards and requirements within organizations and what they can do to establish an aggressive program that will enable organizations to be proactive in their cybersecurity posture. Different approaches to defense in depth, managerial, and behavioral capabilities offer a comprehensive approach to the cybersecurity defense of different organizations.
