“Political Violence: War, Terrorism, and Torture, of which by now you should have already selected to do your short paper on.  You will be graded on organization and strength of argument, clarity of writing, and handling of the case study. This is paper will require some research. It is an exercise to get you to critically think about an ethical issue and to construct persuasive interpretations of what you have read.
