Quality and Productivity Response

1.   Review the rubric to make sure you understand the criteria for earning your grade. 2.   Read the Foreword, as well as Chs. 1 and 2 in the Miller text. 3.   This is a “post first” discussion.  You must make your main post responding to the prompt before you will be able to see the postings of your colleagues. 4.   Carefully consider the following prompts: a.    Think about the ideas discussed in the assigned reading.
