Roadblocks to growth & development Lifespan Development focuses on human development from conception to death. Through this holistic approach, we understand the physiological, cognitive, emotional, and social changes that humans experience. Through the myriad of customs and values and a wide range of cultures, our experience in this world can be rewarding and fulfilling. While we analyze our development, we must address certain barriers and roadblocks to development.
