Recombinant Proteins Production

Background: Your boss comes to you and tells you that the company has a client that would like to participate in  Recombinant Proteins Production with minimum of 30 recombinant proteins in a maximum time frame of two months starting from only 100 cDNA sequences (theorized to encode proteins) selected at random from the Human genome.

Despite the fact that you have told your boss, in no uncertain terms, that the project cannot be completed in that time frame, your boss tells you that the deposit for the project has already been accepted so NO is the wrong answer. Oh…..and you only have two researchers to help you with the project.

Actual Recombinant Proteins Production Work:

Assuming unlimited resources (except people), outline a project design, complete with timeline, that will successfully deliver at least 30 proteins to the client by the end of the two month time frame. NOTE: DO NOT write out a full project plan. This is meant as an exercise to demonstrate many of the problems that you would encounter should you be tasked with such a project!
