Action 1: Resource Leveling the Project Schedule. Populate the Microsoft Project resource sheet with resources required to carry out the activities previously identified. Attach the cost to each named resource as given in the resource table below.

Brainstorm within your project team and apply resources to each activity identified in the previous module. Refer to general estimates from the estimating spreadsheet as well as team assignment constraints as described in Joey and Christine’s meeting. Resolve any observed resource conflicts and level resources to minimize peaks and valleys in resource assignments.
