The length of this essay that would fit 2- 4 pages of 8 & 1/2 x 11 inch pieces of paper. Topics must include: What powers (in detail) are set aside by the Constitution for the President? How are these roles or powers exercised? How much can the President do own his or her own and how much must be done in cooperation with Congress? Who is more powerful today, the President or Congress? Explain.
