Im trying to study for my Law course and I need some help to understand this question.
After having completed the first section of your term project, we now move onto issues of regulation in the security industry. Using this week’s content you will complete the second section of your paper. This week’s assignment will require you to write your second five-page section. This section should contain the following information.
1. Using your source material, demonstrate in writing how your organization will adhere to government regulatory requirements. What kind of human resource policies will your organization have in place and why? How will your organization deal with issues such as overtime, workplace injury prevention, drug testing, sexual harassment?
2. How will your organization plan to carry out specific tasks in your workplace and at different job-sites?
3. What type of fire-related procedures will you use in your office or workplace? How will this conform to NFPA requirements? If you are consulting other businesses what type of fire regulation requirements will you identify?
4. If your organization is contracting with a federal, state, or local government, how will you align your policies with those of the organization you have contracted with?
Make sure as with your previous submission to add your references and source material to the end of your paper in APA format.
All three pages of your writing should be double spaced with no larger than 12 point type. You may use either Times New Roman or Arial. Neither font should be bold.
