Upon reading Watkins and Guerra-Lopez Chapter 8 and 10, Watkins, et al. Section 3, and Sleezer et al. Ch 3, please answer and discuss the following with the class: 3 pages

1. What is the difference between needs assessment and evaluation (formative and summative) ? and how do these activities tie or supplement each other?

2. Kaufman and Guerra-Lopez describe seven elements or steps of the Impact-Evaluation Process. Using this process as a framework to develop an evaluation plan, identify three steps/elements that may be the most challenging to carry out and three that may be the least challenging for evaluating your system. Explain why.
