I dont understand this Business question and need help to study.
Chapter 16 pointedly identifies concerns and behaviors that emerge when the day we plan for actually happens. Page 200 talks about identifying trigger points that call for definitive action. What is meant by that concept? You are asked to shed some more light on this aspect of communication and assessment of impact. In two paragraphs, identify how we can sensitize employees to when it is time to inform to the next level and to develop a seriousness of purpose on the part of all involved.
