Im trying to study for my Management course and I need some help to understand this question.
Discussion D: Managing Conflict/Problem Solving
Welcome to the fourth discussion. In this course you will be introduced to a topic in the discussion. The first week of the module you will write about your initial thoughts after reviewing the resources. The initial post should be at least 300 words.

Lesson 1 asked you to write a paper that delineated the specific traits, skills, and knowledge a manager should possess to be successful in the todays business environment. In addition, you were asked to state the best method for building productive managerial relationships in a business environment. This paper was based on the reading for week one and your personal experience. Please review your submission for Lesson 1.

- In the time since, have your positions changed with regard to these two issues due to additional information you acquired during the term? If so, how has your position changed and what prompted the change? If not, what additional information acquired during the term supported and solidified your original positions?
