In order to have a functioning contact form on her website, Janet needs to add the element inside the html code she already has. Creating a separate contact page would be an ideal first step for this. Next, Janet needs to make use of the <div> tags for spacing and separating the input fields. From there, she needs to create each text input box with <label>, <input> and <legend> tags. The input boxes themselves will be made in HTML, while the styling for the graphics will be coded in CSS inside the same html code.
Challenges that may arise in this endeavor may include the CSS code within the HTML code. To do this, Janet needs to include a <style type= “text/css”> line in her HTML code. Another challenge she might face is making sure all of her CSS tags are closed at the end of the commands, eliminating the risk of the in-line text overriding the HTML page commands.

One of the challenges Janet may encounter would be disorganization. A form needs to be well organized and clear. All areas of input need to be simply stated and easy to understand. If a form is not clearly organized and stated a user will most likely not even use the form. Janets brand should also be easily recognized so user has confidence in the form. Secondly, a user is trusting Janet with their information. The form needs to be secure. Janet could also add a privacy policy to let her users know how the information is going to be used. Another thing Janet could run into is needing to protect the users data. Janet could encrypt the data so only the users browser and the server can decrypt the data. She could also add authentication so only certain people can access the data. Janet may also need a lawyer to review her privacy policy and what information she is asking for. Janet will need to stay within any applicable laws such as PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance.

In terms of a start-up company, cloud services can be a great choice. For business just beginning who have not yet made the money required to implement private cloud hosting or hire an extensive IT team, investing into a professional Cloud Server hosting provider can save both time and money and offers many benefits to businesses of all sizes.
To avoid becoming a victim of your own success, cloud computing offers instant scalability, allowing for the rapid growth your company may see as a result of beginning business. This is particularly useful for companies experiencing rapid or unexpected growth or companies acquiring more resources as a result of expansion.
One of the greatest advantages of cloud computing is the ability to access data from nearly anywhere. Whenever and wherever you need it to be, the cloud can be accessed using appropriate methods (phone, tablet, desktop, etc.) to obtain needed data for any given situation so long as that data has been uploaded. If your company does a lot of business in the field or if you have frequently traveling employees, cloud-based services can provide you with the mobility you require of your data while protecting it using the same application.
Rather than spending the immediate funds needed to purchase expensive hardware, software, and technical support, cloud services only need a network-ready, web-enabled system to operate which is much less expensive for a company just getting started. More often than not, cloud services are pay-per-use, so smaller companies save more money by only paying for the resources that they use with the option of upgraded as needed.

Cloud computing can offer a small/ upcoming business a lot of benefits when it comes to company growth, accessibility, and overall total cost. Based off the Vanson Bourne report any company utilizing cloud computing can have an average increase in growth by 19.63% and process efficiency by 18.80%. All while decreasing the average reduction in operation cost by 16.18% and IT spending by 15.07% (Coles, N.D.).
Not to mention, another perk of cloud computing is the availability of products/ information it can provide to the company. Typically, any cloud service is always available if the user is connected to the internet. Depending on the cloud service one could access their documents anywhere they go, such as through Microsoft applications. With Microsoft OneDrive, you can start any Word document, PowerPoint, or Excel sheet from your work computer and continue your work from where you left off on your mobile device through the Microsoft app. Now, when it comes to integrating the other computers together, most cloud services offer a built-in Application Programming Interface which in turn makes the whole integration process a lot smoother.
