[SOLVED] Part A: Discussion Post, Part B: Reply to two paragraph

Help me study for my Computer Science class. I’m stuck and don’t understand.

Part A:::

Write a discussion -You have been hired by an organization as a business consultant. What kind of questions would you ask as you begin to assess the technology needs of the company? Create questions that will help you determine the following:

• The goal of the project
• The hardware needs to complete the task, including peripherals
• The software needs to complete the task

Part B:::

responses to two posts below, in your response, add any additional questions or considerations that you would bring from your point of view, thinking about specific needs related to the healthcare, business, or technical industries.

Post 1:: What service or product does your organization provide? How many employees do you have? What is the timeline for completing the project? What kind of technical equipment do you already have on hand? What kind of hardware will you need, such as computers, input and output equipment, and how many? What kinds of programs and software will you need? Do you have a preferred supplier for equipment? What operating system will you be using? What type of security features will you need? Will you need different levels of access for different users?

Post 2:: First, i would ask what the desired end result of the project would be. The next thing I would ask is how many people would be working on the project. After that, I would ask about what is the scale of the project and how much time is budgeted for it. Another question i would ask is how much space is available for new hardware, and how much is the monetary budget is available for the project. Finally, I would ask if any training would be required for using software.
