We study several personality models this week and learn how personality shapes the workplace environment. Last week you discovered your KTS-II personality type. Share with your colleagues in this forum what your personality type is (Guardian/Rational/Idealist/Artisan) and then discuss the following: In what ways does personality inform how we interact with supervisors and coworkers at work?
What does the most current research indicate about how at least one facet of personality (e.g., conscientiousness, extraversion, emotional stability, agreeableness, and openness to experience) interacts with the work environment?
