I need help with a Political Science question. All explanations and answers will be used to help me learn.

Compare and contrast Rawls, Nozick and J.S. Mills ideas of justice and role of the state assigned by each. Use one of the two examples to illustrate their contrasting thinking: Pell grants to students or federal funding of Planned Parenthood. (one of the two) . Each program is federally funded so the issue is whether the taxpayer’s money should be so used to fund these programs. You need to weigh your answer by imagining what each thinker will say on this question. Ultimately the answer should revolve around what each thinker thinks is just, fair and in common interest.
