Spiritual Awakening

Hello the type of essay is a literary analysis of a short story.  Examine the symbolism of the cathedral in Raymond Carver’s story “Cathedral.” In what ways is the narrator’s transformation at the end of the story a kind of religious or spiritual awakening? Faith in himself? in others? in his marriage? in God? etc. One per paragraph, stating what the topic is clearly in a short, direct topic sentence.
