We’re thinking about both graphic novels/ graphic memoirs as forms of stroytelling. After you read the bedford section and checked out the videos, complete this minor assignment. At least 13 sentences.  Write about what you think the conventions of a graphic novel or graphic memoir are (You can focus on either. A graphic memoir is simply a graphic novel which has a subject of memoir). How do the illustrations effect the story and tone? Would this appeal to you more than a standard memoir?
