INTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE FINAL PAPER As you learned in other modules, writing is a process that requires instruction, practice, and feedback to students to enable them to become effective writers both in their academic and professional lives.  The Organizational Management program provides ample opportunity for adult learners to continue to sharpen and improve their writing skills across the curriculum.  The Strategic Management paper should be between 1,400 and 1,700 words (6-7 pages), double-spaced and in size 12 Font that is easy to read.  It should begin with a short introduction that captures the reader’s interest followed by a body where the central ideas are explored and developed and a conclusion that not only ties the paper together but also drives your main point home, giving readers a sense of closure.  The focus of the paper should be on content, organization, and grammar (COG) as follows:  CONTEN To Knowledge (Remember concepts, theories, and principles)o Comprehension (Understand concepts, theories, and principles)o Application (Able to use concepts, theories and principles learned)Analysis (Able to breakdown concepts, theories, and principles learned)o Synthesis (Able to integrate or connect concepts, theories, and principles learnedo Evaluation (Able to judge the value of concepts, theories, and principles learned). ?
