Strengthening Others Intentionally
“A good leader is a person who takes a little more than his share of the blame and a little less than his share of the credit.” – John Maxwell One of the primary responsibilities of a leader is to provide guidance to the organization’s greatest resource … its people! Many organizations maintain that their people are, in fact, their most important asset. A leader must be able to effectively steward, support, strengthen, empower and develop this resource. Based on what you’ve learned this week (and throughout this course), explain at least 2 ways in which you will intentionally “strengthen” those who look to you as a leader.
