Systems Perspective Review

Examine how one part of the organization affects another through action or inaction.  Give an example of how the systems approach was used (or possibly ignored) in your organization and the outcome that resulted.  As part of this discussion, analyze and present three ways to improve processes in your organization using the Fifth Discipline and provide a strategy that can be presented to your management team.
