[ORDER SOLUTION] Talking Black in America
Below is a 56-minute documentary, one part of a five-part series called “Talking Black in America,” produced by the Language and Life Project at North Carolina State University. Your task is simple: watch the whole thing, and submit to us four (4) significant aspects of African American language and identity that are discussed in the film. There are some guidelines to follow, though, so pay attention:the points you identify and describe should fall outside of mainstream understandings of Black English in American society. That means they should be something either that you’ve just learned, or that you think are important for other people to learn. Two of the points should be discussed in BOTH the film AND this week’s course material (that is, the text or lectures), and two of the points should be from just the film (that is, not mentioned in the readings or lectures). You can just provide a list of 4 points, but make sure to use full sentences. As always, the more detail you use to show you’ve learned something, the higher your score.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8QFpVgPl9tQ.
