“received view” of technology limits our understandings of how we might intervene in historical technological developments. For your final essay, you will consider the role of technology and education in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. You will need to use at least two recent news articles that discuss these issues. (1) Explain what the received view suggests about technologys abilities to address the problem of education during the pandemic. in this particular moment.
