[ORDER SOLUTION] The US-Mexico Border

Security requires a respect for human rights and an application the rule of law. In what ways does the Mérida Initiative attempt to achieve security for the United States and Mexico? How has it failed? How is the United States held accountable for its demand for illicit drugs, participation in human trafficking, role in money laundering, and its export of firearms?
