I don’t know how to handle this Political Science question and need guidance.

Prepare a political speech on the issue. You need to first, explain the context of the environment (year, country, issue, audience, target group, overall political and social situation) in which you are holding your speech. Than address the in class pupils as a politician. All students must submit a speech, as this is a mandatory element of the current grading.
