When giving your opinion, respond with evidence that supports your answer.Evidence (experts): The evidence should be supported from material in your textbook and presentation of evidence during the trial by experts for the prosecution and defense (which expert was more believable).Fire Science/ Scene Evidence (fire patterns)/ Samples: Utilize your textbook to discuss the scene documentation, evidence and samples taken. Was a complete investigation of the scene completed? Was the Scientific Method used during the scene examination?Trial (fair trial?) Write about the trial, was it a fair trial or were the juror members tainted by opinions made prior to the trial.Witnesses: Also give an opinion on the witnesses (firefighter, fire chief, police officer/ detective, civilians and family members).
