New Research Topics for Access to Information Research Project 2. VIRTUAL CARE a. Define and explain the difference between Telehealth, Telemedicine and Digital Health, using only Canadian resources; b. How privacy of health information is protected in Canada in the context of digital health; and c. How privacy of health information is protected in Quebec in the context of digital health. 3. HUMAN BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH a. Explain how human biomedical research is governed in Canada, including what rules, regulations or policies govern this area; b. How is privacy ensured in this context and what privacy requirements are imposed by whom; and c. Include a discussion on how data linkage specifically affects privacy rights of patients who choose to consent to such research.
