While reviewing some project documentation, he came across some best practices for how to use human factors to align a project team to better meet the goals of a project. His main project is revising the operating instructions for how the accounts payable department manages their payment processing activity.
Considering this please address the following prompts in your discussion:
- How you would use the human factors of project management to motivate your project team in order to achieve the goal of streamlining the payment process?
