Workplace Exposure Assessment
1. Choose an occupational workplace (i.e. laboratory, manufacturing facility, refinery, chemical plant, or any type of workplace – retail, etc.) 2. Provide basic specific information regarding site: description, number of employees, work shift, schedule, and at least 4 separate job positions 3. Review/think through potential hazards (chemical, biological, physical, and ergonomic) based on possible workplace exposures at the site for each job position and outline listing for each group of hazards by job position 4. List specific hazards for each of the four categories for each of 4 separate job positions and described work activities performed within facility workplace. 5. Prepare 1-2 page summary of above information , Due on 11/11/20. 6. Presentation format: listing or 4 X 4 table of job positions vs. hazards. Must include description of workplace and overview information (1-2 above). .
